are there no recent (0.8.1) binary qemu downloads for windows any more? any other place where these might be found?

Unfortunatly the QEMU devs like F. Bellard don't seem to put a lot of effort into win32 builds because they are spending their time perfecting the emulation translations and other "functional" things. Others like P. Brook and kazu do make patches but binary builds are left up to the user. (In a perfect world the project wouldn't be so disjointed and all the many many patches and decent user contributed code would be more integrated into the offical QEMU distribution as well as qemu.org)
